Dog Days of Summer are Gone! Back to School tomorrow!!!!!

Going back to school not only affects us but also our pets. Dogs love routine especially my Izzy! For instance, Izzy gets at least one big walk a day. This summer my mom and I got up early and walked him in the morning too.  Izzy has gotten use to certain things happening at certain times during the day. He likes all my extra little hugs this summer. But when I go back to school, suddenly all that extra time spent with him is gone. So…one of the best ways to help is to replace one routine with another. I plan on making Izzy time around 3:45 each day …it will be something new for him to look forward to…an AWESOME new toy always helps too

Remember to spend extra time after school with your pets …you are not the only one adjusting to a new routine!
